United StatesRcv’d Wrong Item-No Help w/2 Emails
Sandi’s sent me the wrong item & I simply want to swap it for what I actually ordered. So far my experience hasn’t been great as after sending two emails requesting help, I still haven’t received a reply and it’s been at least 10 days since I emailed them. So, given this experience, I’d say buy @ your own risk bcuz if you need anything from Sandi’s you’ll get crickets. It appears I may be stuck with a product I didn’t order. Sandi’s = Terrible Customer Service.
